Biography
Doreen Otieno is an Advocate with over 5 years’ experience. She specializes in areas of
Banking and Finance, Data Protection and Commercial & Commercial law.
Doreen has experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters and has
acted in many corporate transactions within the Banking space and has participated in
closure of contracts and corporate and commercial advisory work. She has also
provided advisory on conducting data protection impact assessments and compliance
procedures in accordance with the Data Protection Laws.
Risk compliance and adherence to regulatory provisions is also within her space and she
has been taking part in the risk assessments within her current workplace.
Doreen also has a key interest in sport and has previously led the Nairobi County
Hockey Association as a Vice-Chair.
